एनटीपीसी सीपत में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस 2026 का आयोजन।

सीपत । एनटीपीसी सीपत में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस 2026 का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर सीपत परियोजना में कार्यरत सभी महिला कर्मचारियों एवं असोशिएट एजेंसियों के साथ कार्यरत महिला कर्मचारियों के कार्यों एवं लगातार विकास के मार्ग पर योगदान देने के लिए उन्हें सराहा गया और उनके कार्यों को याद किया गया। इसके अलावा, संविदा महिला श्रमिकों के द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की सराहना की गईं और उन्हें स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर इस विशेष दिवस की शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित की गईं।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में स्वपन कुमार मंडल, परियोजना प्रमुख, एनटीपीसी सीपत एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि श्रीमती फौजिया मिर्ज़ा, वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय, बिलासपुर की उपस्थिति रही।

अंतरराष्ठ्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर सभी विभागों की महिलाओं ने न केवल अपनी कर्तव्यनिष्ठा व्यक्त की बल्कि एक सशक्त महिला होने और गौरवान्वनित होने का परिचय दिया। इस दौरान, विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाली महिला कर्मचारियों को प्रशस्ति पत्र भी सौंपा गया।

कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से कई महिला कर्मचारियों ने कविताओं, गीत, नृत्य जैसे माध्यमों से प्रस्तुति देकर यह भी संदेश दिया कि वे न केवल इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर और विभिन्न एनटीपीसी सीपत के विभागीय कार्यों में अपनी हिस्सेदारी दे रही हैं, बल्कि विभिन्न नवोन्मेषी और कलापूर्ण कार्यों में भी अग्रणी भूमिका निभाते हुए देश के विकास की गौरवगाथा लिख रही हैं।

इस अवसर पर संबोधित करते हुए परियोजना प्रमुख स्वपन कुमार मंडल ने इस वर्ष की थीम ‘गिव टु गेन’ पर चर्चा की और कहा कि आज की महिलाएं न केवल एक सशक्त समाज का निर्माण कर रही हैं, बल्कि देश के विकास में अपना पूर्ण योगदान दे रही हैं। वे आज विभिन्न विभागों जैसे प्रचालन एवं अनुरक्षण, सेफ्टी, इंजीनियरिंग और आईटी जैसे विभागों में कदम रखते हुए अपना लोहा मनवा रही हैं और यह सिद्ध कर रही हैं कि एक विकसित राष्ट्र का निर्माण करने में महिलाओं का योगदान अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अतिथि मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती फौजिया मिर्जा ने एनटीपीसी सीपत द्वारा आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के इस कार्यक्रम को सराहा और अपने संबोधन में महिलाओं के आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक रूप से स्वतंत्र होने, महिला अधिकारों और उनके सही उपयोग की चर्चा करते हुए अपने जीवन के इस मुकाम तक पहुंचने के अनुभव को साझा किया। साथ ही उन्होंने एनटीपीसी की महिलाओं के प्रति कई नीतियों की जानकारी ली और उसकी सराहना भी की। उन्होंने एनटीपीसी सीपत द्वारा गर्भवती महिला कर्मचारियों के लिए चलाई जा रही कल्याणी योजना की भी विशेष सराहना की और कहा कि ऐसी योजनाएं व्यापक रूप से विभिन्न संस्थानों में भी लागू होनी चाहिए।

इस अवसर पर सुश्री कोमल कृति उराव, पुत्री एस. आर. उराव, वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक, एनटीपीसी सीपत, को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य न्यायिक सेवा परीक्षा 2024–25 में सिविल जज (जूनियर डिवीजन) के रूप में चयनित होने पर सम्मानित भी किया गया।

कार्यक्रम को एनटीपीसी सीपत परिवार की महिला कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों ने और भी जीवंत एवं यादगार बना दिया।

इस अवसर पर सुरोजित सिन्हा, महाप्रबंधक (प्रचालन एवं अनुरक्षण),  अशोक सरकार, महाप्रबंधक ( प्रचालन एवं एफएम), विकास खरे, महाप्रबंधक (इंजीनियरिंग) एवं अन्य विभागाध्यक्ष गण. वरिष्ठ अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

International Women’s Day 2026 Celebrates at NTPC Sipat

International Women’s Day 2026 was celebrated at NTPC Sipat. The programme was organised with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, the contributions of women employees working in the Sipat project were appreciated. Women employees working with associate agencies were also recognised for their dedication and continuous contribution to the organisation’s progress and development.
The efforts of women contract workers were also appreciated. They were extended greetings on this special occasion and were presented with mementos in recognition of their work.

Shri Swapan Kumar Mandal, Project Head, NTPC Sipat, attended the programme as the Chief Guest. Smt. Faujia Mirza, Senior Advocate, Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur, attended the programme as the Guest of Honour.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, women employees from different departments expressed their commitment to their responsibilities and demonstrated the spirit of empowerment. Women employees who delivered outstanding performance in various fields were also presented with certificates of appreciation.

During the programme, several women employees gave cultural presentations including poetry, songs and dance. Through these performances, they conveyed that women are contributing not only as engineers, doctors and professionals in various departments of NTPC Sipat, but are also actively participating in creative and innovative fields while contributing to the nation’s development.
Addressing the gathering, Project Head Shri Swapan Kumar Mandal spoke about this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.” He stated that women today are playing a significant role in building a strong society and contributing to the country’s development. He highlighted that women are actively working in departments such as Operation & Maintenance, Safety, Engineering and IT, demonstrating their important role in building a developed nation.

In her address, Smt. Faujia Mirza appreciated the initiative taken by NTPC Sipat in organising the International Women’s Day programme. She spoke about women’s economic and social independence, women’s rights and the importance of their proper utilisation. She also shared her experiences of reaching her present position.
She sought information about various policies of NTPC related to women employees and appreciated them. She particularly appreciated the Kalyani Scheme being implemented at NTPC Sipat for pregnant women employees and stated that such initiatives should be adopted more widely across institutions.

On this occasion, Ms. Komal Kriti Uraon, daughter of Shri S. R. Uraon, Senior Manager, NTPC Sipat, was also felicitated for being selected as Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Chhattisgarh State Judicial Service Examination 2024–25.

The programme became more vibrant with cultural performances presented by women employees of the NTPC Sipat family.

On this occasion, Shri Surojit Sinha, GM (Operation & Maintenance); Shri Ashok Sarkar, GM (Operation & FM); Shri Vikas Khare, GM (Engineering); along with other HoDs, senior officials, and employees were present.
